What happens if an event doesn't hit its goal?▼
All funds are held in escrow and fully refunded if the goal isn't met. You will never lose your contribution on an event that doesn't happen.
Who are the producers?▼
Vetted event professionals who handle venue, AV, catering, photo/video, and day-of logistics. Each has a verified profile with past event history and community ratings from real attendees.
How do crypto payments work?▼
We accept USDC and USDT on Ethereum. Each event has a verified wallet address with QR code and last-4 confirmation. Funds are held in smart contract escrow until the goal is met.
Can I submit any type of idea?▼
Almost anything — events, art shows, running clubs, beach cleanups, private dinners, street parties. Our team reviews every submission for safety, legality, and achievability.
How do I become a producer?▼
Submit a producer application. You'll go through identity verification, portfolio review, and onboarding. Accepted producers get matched with ideas in their city and earn a fee on each successful event.
What are MUZE's fees?▼
MUZE takes a platform fee from successfully funded events. Crypto incurs only gas fees. Card payments incur a 3% fee plus $0.69 per transaction, shown clearly at checkout.
How long does it take to go live?▼
Approved ideas typically go live within 48–72 hours. More complex events with larger budgets may take up to a week to properly scope and match with the right producer.
Can I do a private event just for my group?▼
Absolutely. Private events, birthday parties, corporate dinners, and invite-only experiences are core to what we do. Set your event to private and only people with the link can see and fund it.
Is MUZE available outside the US?▼
Currently focused on US cities but expanding. If you're outside the US and want to bring MUZE to your city, submit your idea — we'll flag it for our international waitlist.
How is MUZE different from Eventbrite?▼
Eventbrite is a tool. MUZE is a production house. We don't just list your event — we build it, staff it, fund it, and execute it. You bring the idea, we bring everything else.
